Order Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and major holidays) depending on order size, custom options and availability.
Large / Reseller Orders
For large orders or reseller orders, estimated processing and shipping timelines will be communicated after checkout and are based on the size of the order. If additional confirmation is needed, we will contact you with an estimated ship date.
Shipping Carrier & Service
We ship using USPS Ground Advantage (or equivalent service based on package size and destination).
Shipping Days
We ship Monday through Saturday and observe all federal holidays. Shipping is available on all days that the United States Postal Service carries mail.
Free Shipping
Orders over $45 ship free within the United States.
No coupon code is required — our system automatically applies this offer when eligible.
Delays / Service Interruptions
If an order will be delayed due to unforeseen maintenance, equipment outage, or other operational issues, we will contact you with an updated estimated ship date.
