Warranty Policy

KAAMB Industries LLC (“KAAMB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) stands behind the quality and workmanship of our products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request warranty service.

1) Warranty Coverage

A. 2-Year “Worry-Free” Warranty (TRAC Tags)

TRAC Tags are covered for two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.

What we will do: At our option, we will repair or replace the product if it is determined to be defective under normal use.

B. 1-Year Limited Warranty (All Other Products)

All other physical products manufactured by KAAMB Industries LLC (including, but not limited to, TEC Tool and related accessories) are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.

What we will do: At our option, we will repair or replace the product if it is determined to be defective under normal use.

2) Warranty Exclusions (Not Covered)

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, finish wear, discoloration)
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or accidents
Damage caused by unauthorized modification or alteration
Damage caused by exposure to unusual or extremely harsh chemicals or corrosive environments beyond typical intended use.

3) How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, email us at orders@store.kaamb.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim” and include:

Order number (or proof of purchase)
Description of the issue, including when/how it occurred
Clear photos (and/or a short video) showing the issue and the product in context

We may ask for additional information to help diagnose the issue.

4) Returns for Inspection / Shipping Responsibility

If we determine the item needs to be returned for inspection:

Customer responsibility: You are responsible for shipping the item to KAAMB unless the issue is confirmed to be due to our error or a qualifying manufacturing defect.
KAAMB Industries LLC responsibility (when covered): If the warranty claim is approved, KAAMB Industries LLC will cover the cost to ship the repaired or replacement item back to you.

(If we confirm it’s not a warranty issue, we can return the item to you at your expense or dispose of it if you request.)

5) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KAAMB Industries LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or intangible losses, arising from the use of our products.

KAAMB Industries LLC’s liability is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the product, at our discretion.

Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

6) Governing Law

This Warranty Policy and any disputes related to products or services provided by KAAMB Industries LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
