KAAMB Industries LLC stands behind the quality of our products. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made through store.kaamb.com.

1) Return Window & Condition (New Only)

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible, items must be:

Not eligible: used items, modified items, items damaged due to misuse/abuse/neglect, and items returned outside the 30-day window.

2) Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order and (if eligible) return the original item.

3) Before an RMA (Support First)

If youโ€™re having an issue with a product, we may first ask a few questions and request photos so we can troubleshoot and resolve the issue quickly. If the issue canโ€™t be resolved through support, weโ€™ll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with return instructions.

4) How to Start a Return (Request an RMA)

5) Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping depends on the reason:

A) Defective item / damage in transit / wrong item shipped (our error):
KAAMB Industries LLC will provide a return label or provide an alternative resolution (replacement, repair, or refund) as appropriate.

B) Non-defective returns (changed mind / no longer needed / ordered wrong item):
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original outbound shipping (if any) is not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
